Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Group Classes: Cancellations less than 4 hours before class are counted as attended.

Personal Sessions: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid loss of session.

Workshops/Events: Once booked, non-refundable unless canceled by the studio.

Studio Cancellations: If the studio cancels a class, members can attend any alternate session within the same week.
