Payment and Refund Policy

Accepted Modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, and online transfers via secure payment gateway.

Upfront Payments: All membership and class packages must be paid in advance to confirm booking.

Non-Refundable: Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of instructor unavailability beyond 15 days.

Transferable Credit: If unable to continue due to medical conditions (with doctor certificate), remaining sessions can be transferred to another person within 30 days.

Membership Freeze: Premium 12-month plans include up to two 15-day freezes as stated.
